‘Captain Marvel’ Concept Art Reveals A Terrifying Look For The Skrulls

New concept art from Captain Marvel revealed by Marvel Studios visual development supervisor Ian Joyner offers a very different look for the Skrulls.

Prior to Captain Marvel, many fans were waiting for the debut of the Skrulls in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While they were just introduced in Phase 4, we now know that they have had a role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for quite some time since Captain Marvel took place in the ’90s. With the Skrulls also appearing in Spider-Man: Far From Home, it’s expected that Talos and the rest of the fictional race will be an integral part moving forward.

The Skrulls’ appearance in Captain Marvel did draw some criticism when they were first revealed. However, based on early Captain Marvel concept art, it looks like the Skrulls almost had a different look than their comic book counterparts.
