‘The Walking Dead’: Carl Goes Inside Negan’s Sanctuary In New Preview Clip

Carl Grimes goes inside Negan's sanctuary in a new preview clip from 'The Walking Dead' season seven episode "Sing Me a Song".

The Walking Dead’s season seven, episode seven, titled “Sing Me a Song”, will air tomorrow night and things will get really interesting. In the preview for the episode, we see lots of Carl (Chandler Riggs) and lots of Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). As Carl crosses into Negan’s territory (we last saw him on a bus headed to Savior town), the preview teases some intense interaction between the murderer and Rick Grimes’ son.

The Walking Dead clip is only fifteen seconds, but Carl will go inside Negan’s Sanctuary. Up above, Negan stands with Carl while a group of people stand below to watch what will happen. If I were Carl, I’d be terrified. He’s alone and this is Negan we’re talking about. Having mercy isn’t on his to-do list. The Walking Dead clip ends with what looks like a standoff between the two and Carl is seen removing his eye-patch. You can check out the preview clip below!

What does this mean for Carl? Will Negan kill him? Will we finally see Carl’s missing eye? The final question may be the only one answered right now.

“Sing Me a Song” will air December 4 at 9/8c on AMC. The Walking Dead episode will run for ninety minutes.
