Henry Cavill Congratulates ‘Wonder Woman’ Team On Their Success

Superman himself, Henry Cavill has taken to Instagram to congratulate the talents behind Wonder Woman.

The film directed by Patty Jenkins managed to take a total of $103.1 million in its opening weekend, breaking the record opening for a female-directed feature in Hollywood after receiving an overwhelmingly positive response from fans and critics alike.

In his post, Cavill recognized Jenkins along with the film’s stars including Wonder Woman herself, Gal Gadot, as well as Chris Pine and the entire team behind the production. You can check out Cavill’s post below.

The film stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Robin Wright as General Antiope, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Lisa Loven Kongsli as Menalippe, Danny Huston as General Erich Ludendorff, David Thewlis as Sir Patrick Morgan, Elena Anaya as Doctor Maru, Ewen Bremner as Charlie, Saïd Taghmaoui as Sameer and Eugene Brave Rock as the Chief.
