‘Daredevil’ Star Charlie Cox ‘Grateful’ Netflix Series Ended On A High Note

Daredevil star Charlie Cox revealed he is grateful the Netflix-Marvel series ended on a high note.

Daredevil will live on as one the best comic book television shows of all time for its three season run on Netflix. It is unlikely Daredevil will return on another network anytime soon due to the agreement between Disney and Netflix, but fans continue to push for a revival. Cox has shared his thoughts on the cancellation already, but the actor is now looking on the bright side of things. In an interview with Collider, Cox admitted there are some good things about the cancellation and he is glad the series ended on a high note:

“In the interest of being positive and looking forward, I’m also grateful that we got to end on such a high. Sometimes with these genre shows, when you’re making so much content – I’ve already made 50-something hours of this character – it’s very hard to maintain quality, over that long of a period. So, in a weird way, I’m also grateful that we did a quality show, from start to finish, that didn’t descend into lunacy.”

Do you agree with Cox? Do you think Daredevil will return? Comment eblow!

Daredevil season 3 stars Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Vincent D’Onofrio, Wilson Bethel, Jay Ali, and Lesley Ann Warren.

Missing for months, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) reemerges a broken man, putting into question his future as both vigilante Daredevil and lawyer Matthew Murdock. But when his archenemy Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) is released from prison, Matt must choose between hiding from the world, or embracing his destiny as a hero.

Daredevil Season 3 is now streaming on Netflix. Stay tuned to Heroic Hollywood for the latest news on the future of the Netflix corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as we learn it.
