Chris Evans shared his support for the campaign through Twitter by letting others know he has donated towards the cause. The fundraiser is described as giving more girls the opportunity to see Captain Marvel, so that girls can see women in roles they could aspire to be. This would be an opportunity to empowerment as it is Marvel’s first female led superhero and many women have a big role in the film. You can view the Captain America star’s support below:
The films is described as being co-directed and scored by women and will be releasing on International Women’s Day. This campaign wants to help more girls to be able to experience this opportunity as more women are given bigger roles in comic book films.
