"No, I don't think I will."
In Avengers: Endgame, it seemed like that was the last we would ever see of Chris Evans as Steve Rogers, but news broke in January that the Captain America actor was in talks to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a future project. A Captain America 4 is also in the works with Anthony Mackie and Malcolm Spellman writing the film, but that will reportedly not include Evans.
During a recent interview with Yahoo!’s Kevin Polowy, Malcolm Spellman was coy when asked about whether an appearance by Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers was ever discussed for The Falcon and The Winter Soldier:
“It was discussed, I think. I don’t know. I’m officially saying I don’t know.”
