Chris Evans On Marvel Studios Continuing To Expand; “No One Else Can Try And Copy” Them

While there’s a good number of people that believe “superhero fatigue” is on it’s way and getting ready to set in, definitely doesn’t seem like Chris Evans believes in that one. While speaking at a recent press conference for Captain America: Civil War, Evans commented on Marvel Studios & shared his feelings on why the studio should keep growing and expanding.

I say, let’s keep going, let’s let the wave get bigger and bigger. It’s not like they’re making bad movies, they’re making great movies and if you want to put them in this superhero box you can but they’re good movies.

Evans then added that Marvel Studios has “a monopoly on it, they’re doing it and no one else can try and copy it.” While this comment is sure to seem like he’s “throwing shade” at another studio, let’s keep calm heads here. Since the clear and apparent success that is the Marvel Cinematic Universe, there have been numerous studios attempting to re-create that but none have been successful quite yet.

Head Of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige briefly commented on the constantly growing cast of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

I’ve said it before, and it’s only getting more and more accurate as cast members keep joining, there has never been an ensemble like this in cinematic history.

Sound off with your thoughts on Evans & Feige’s comments in the section below.
