Thor himself, Chris Hemsworth has yet to read the script for Marvel's upcoming 'Avengers: Infinity War' directed by the Russo Brothers.
Interestingly enough, Thor himself, Chris Hemsworth has yet to read the script. Hemsworth was at the Golden Globes last night when he spoke to MTV’s Josh Horowitz on the Red Carpet. The actor expresses his amalgam of nervousness and excitement about not having seen a script yet:
No. [It’s] a little nerve-racking a couple weeks out, isn’t it? But this is the way Marvel does it.
The actor is also set to reprise his role as Captain Kirk’s father in the upcoming fourth film in the Star Trek reboot series. However, much like his uncertainty about the script for Avengers: Infinity War, Hemsworth claims to be unsure about how his character would be brought back to reunite with Captain Kirk (Chris Pine) after he was killed off in the opening scene of Star Trek (2009):
No, no honestly. I don’t know, but that a little further off than the Marvel stuff.
Hemsworth wrapped production for the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok, which is directed by Taika Waiti and also stars Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson, Karl Urban, Mark Ruffalo, Anthony Hopkins and Benedict Cumberbatch. Here is the synopsis for the film:
In Marvel Studios’ Thor: Ragnarok, Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok — the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization — at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger — the Incredible Hulk!
Thor: Ragnarok opens in theaters on November 3rd.
