Chris Hemsworth Shares Training Video For ‘Thor: Ragnarok’

Out of all the actors in the ever-growing ensemble of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Chris Hemsworth has the most significant physical presence – and it rings true every time he graces the screen. Obviously, he’s both powerful and charismatic as the God of Thunder, but as a pure physical beast he epitomizes the physical aesthetic of what comic book film actors/actresses strive to attain. Hell, he even uses it to his advantage in the new Ghostbusters movie to great comedic effect.

Production for Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok is currently underway, and Hemsworth is training regularly to prepare for the big set-pieces that Taika Waititi is bringing to the MCU. In a recent video that he shared on his personal Instagram account, Hemsworth is seen in stunt training. The video depicts the actor with his stunt trainer, in which Hemsworth watches his trainer perform a stunt needed for the film. In comedic fashion, the actor “sticks the landing.”

You just can’t help but smile at Chris Hemsworth’s antics whether onscreen or off. He always has a succinct sincerity to the roles he portrays and gives it his all as Thor. There is a permeating sense of charm and adorableness to Hemsworth that many actors/actresses would need. You can check out the video down below.

Thor: Ragnarok opens in theaters November 3, 2017.
