There has been many renditions of Superman. From Henry Cavill to Dean Caine, the Superman Role has become highly coveted. All these actors have brought their own spark to the role and arguably, none have come close to Christopher Reeve.
Christopher Reeve is regarded as one of the greatest actors to portray Superman in a film. Before he was injured, fans clamored for a new installment of his Superman movies. I, for one, have always imagined how he could look as an older, Kingdom Come version of the character and I’ve finally got my wish. In a new piece of fan art, an artist has imagined how Christopher Reeve could look as Kingdom Come Superman.
You can check out the fan art in the post below.
Kingdom Come is a mini-series that ran for four issues in 1996. The story, which was part of DC’s Elseworld’s label, was written by Mark Waid and Alex Ross. The book was also drawn by Ross, who has lent his unique art style to a number of iconic Marvel and DC books.
