New ‘Crisis On Infinite Earths’ Photos Reveal Fresh Look At Tom Welling’s Superman

The CW has released new photos from Crisis On Infinite Earths, one of which offers the latest look at Tom Welling’s Superman from Smallville.

Eight years ago, Smallville concluded with Tom Welling’s Clark Kent preparing to leap into the sky to save the day and left fans to imagine his adventures as the Man of Steel. Now, Smallville fans will reunite with Tom Welling’s Clark Kent when he reprises the role for The CW’s highly-anticipated Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover.

While it was recently suggested that Tom Welling’s Clark Kent will only appear in one scene for Crisis on Infinite Earths, fans are keeping their fingers crossed that the Smallville alum will play a more substantial role as opposed to making a mere cameo. Now, The CW Television Network has released a new batch of photos from the crossover that offers a fresh look at Welling’s Clark Kent hard at work on the Kent farm and many more characters from the long-awaited five-part event!

In addition to the regular cast members of each Arrowverse series, Crisis on Infinite Earths will also feature appearances by Tyler Hoechlin as Superman, Brandon Routh as Clark Kent/Superman and Ray Palmer/The Atom, LaMonica Garrett as the Anti-Monitor, Jon Cryer as Lex Luthor, Tom Cavanagh as Pariah, Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane, Cress Williams as Black Lightning, Kevin Conroy as Bruce Wayne, Johnathon Schaech as Jonah Hex, Erica Durance as Lois Lane, Tom Welling as Clark Kent / Superman, Ashley Scott Will as Huntress, and Burt Ward in an undisclosed role.
