More Batman characters are coming to Titans in season three!
While Titans season three hasn’t started filming yet due to the worldwide pandemic, there were still some exciting details revealed during the DC FanDome panel. It was announced that Curran Walters’ Jason Todd will be returning next season as Red Hood after falling out with the team in season two, instead of dying at the hands of the Joker. Titans season three will also head to Gotham City, where we will encounter a Barbara Gordon who is now the Commissioner of the GCPD and a Scarecrow that will be locked up in Arkham Asylum.
Ever since Curran Walters’ inclusion into Titans as Jason Todd, many fans have been wanting to see him turn into Red Hood and now he will be the first actor to bring him into live-action. In season three, we will also see a Barbara Gordon who has a past with Dick Grayson, but wants the Titans out of Gotham while Scarecrow will appear in a Hannibal Lector-like role.

Here’s the official synopsis for Titans season two:
In Season 2, following the aftermath of their encounter with Trigon, Dick reforms the Titans. Under his supervision in their new home at Titans Tower, Rachel, Gar and Jason Todd train together to hone their hero abilities and work together as a team. They are joined by Hank Hall and Dawn Granger aka Hawk and Dove and Donna Troy aka Wonder Girl. Although these original Titans attempt to transition into a regular life, when old enemies resurface everyone must come together to take care of unfinished business. And as this family of old and new Titans – including Conner Kent and Rose Wilson – learn to co-exist, the arrival of Deathstroke brings to light the sins of the old Titans which threaten to tear this new Titans family apart once more.
The series stars Brenton Thwaites as Nightwing, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Minka Kelly as Dove, Alan Ritchson as Hawk, Joshua Orpin as Superboy, Chelsea Zhang as Rose, and Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne.
