Daniel Craig’s ‘No Time To Die’ Delayed To October 2021

It appears there is still time to die.

Daniel Craig’s No Time To Die has been pushed yet again.

COVID-19  has been a crux on the film industry from the very beginning. The pandemic has delayed numerous films and production schedules since March and now it seems that it isn’t letting up. No Time To Die, which is set to be Daniel Craig’s last time playing James Bond, has been pushed from it’s April 2, 2021 date. The film will now make its bow on October 8, 2021.

It was previously rumored that the film would be delayed to October, November or December. With Executives reportedly feeling “demoralized” by the potential changes, with one veteran executive telling the outlet that they think every major release from now up to Tom Cruise’s Top Gun: Maverick  will be delayed as the pandemic continues to cause havoc. If the Daniel Craig film does move again, it’ll be interesting to see how this affects other studios like Warner Bros., Disney and Paramount.

What do you think of of the delay? Are you still excited to see the Daniel Craig-led No Time To Die? Share your thoughts in the comments section below!

Here is the official synopsis for Daniel Craig’s James Bond in No Time to Die:

Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

Directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, No Time to Die stars Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Lea Seydoux, Rory Kinnear, Jeffrey Wright, Rami Malek, Ana de Armas, Lashana Lynch, Billy Magnussen, David Dencik and Dali Benssalah.
