Daredevil, Jessica Jones, And Iron Fist Crash Luke Cage’s Live Chat

Luke Cage seems to be a hit among fans, and star Mike Colter is reaping the benefits on the fame that’s come along with it. While on a Facebook Live Chat with Marvel, he was crashed by the co-stars of the upcoming Netflix show, The Defenders.

In the middle of answering fan’s questions, Jessica Jones star Krysten Ritter hopped on the live chat and asked “Mike, are you sick of talking about yourself yet?”

“Yes, yes I am. I vomited before I got on screen,” he joked.

Well Colter will have to adjust to his new-found stardom soon, as it’s not long now until The Defenders starts filming in preparation of the 2017 release date. Ritter praised Colter for his performance, though he first debuted in her own show. The next Defender to hijack his spotlight was none other than Finn Jones, star of the upcoming Iron Fist show (it’s just been revealed that it hits Netflix on March 17, 2017.)

Surprisingly, this is the first time to the two actors had interacted. Jones is in the middle of filming the finale for his show, with the crossover series filming sometime soon – they’ll get to know each other rather quickly, being on set together for a quite a while.

Not wanting to be left out, Charlie Cox – Marvel’s very own Daredevil – joined Colter. The excitement is obviously building for the guys to start working together, with Cox saying “I can’t wait to get on set with you dude, it’s going to be so much fun.” We think it’ll be even more fun to watch!

Luke Cage is streaming right now on Netflix, and The Defenders finally come together sometime next year – alongside Iron Fist and The Punisher.
