The former Daredevil showrunner’s post regarding the DC Universe seemingly came out of nowhere. Steven DeKnight was, of course, the showrunner for the first season of Daredevil. He took over the role after the show’s creator left the series. However, Steven DeKnight did not return for the second season of Daredevil, opting to focus on other projects. But now it seems he may have his sites on the DC Universe.
In a recent Tweet, the former Daredevil showrunner seemingly out of the blue expressed an interest in the DC Universe. The former Daredevil showrunner did not say how he was interested in the DC Universe, nor did he confirm or deny that he was involved with it in any way. From the look of things, the former Daredevil showrunner may have a DC Universe project in the works!
