'Daredevil' star Rosario Dawson says she would be honored to play She-Hulk if the fan favorite were to get her own feature film.
“Would be honored to assume the responsibility…!”
In the comic books, She-Hulk was the alter-ego of Jennifer White, the cousin of Dr. Bruce Banner/The Incredible Hulk. White received her ability to transform into She-Hulk after a bullet wound forced her receive an emergency blood transfusion from Banner. Banner’s radioactive blood led to White acquiring a mild version of the Hulk condition, wherein she becomes a green-hued Goliath with incredible strength, albeit while retaining her own personality. White later decides to retain her She-Hulk form permanently.
Though Rosario Dawson already plays Claire Temple, who herself is a combination of the same character from the comic books and the character Night Nurse, it would not be the first time that a live-action comic book adaptation would take creative liberty with the original source material.
