DC Universe To Double Its Comic Book Library

DC Universe announced the first major expansion of its comic book library since the streaming debuted in September 2018.

The streaming service now offers subscribers access to thousands of new comic book titles, including titles that fans have requested and an increase in full story arcs and complete series runs. By the end of March, the overall volume of selections will more than double and includes thousands of select DC single issues from classic story arcs of the ’80s  to the New 52, DC Rebirth, and Beyond.

Sam Ades, senior vice president and general manager, DC Digital Services, made the following statement on the DC Universe comic book library expansion:

“When launching DC UNIVERSE we knew the comic reader was an area that we wanted to expand and provide more choice. Fans want a place to discover new titles and the opportunity to enjoy full arcs of iconic and notable storylines from start to finish.
