DC Universe To Release Three ‘Young Justice: Outsiders’ Episodes Weekly

It was revealed at the DC Universe New York Comic-Con panel that three Young Justice: Outsiders episodes will be released weekly when the show premieres on the streaming service.

DC Universe released the schedule for their original series programming on Thursday, where it slated Young Justice: Outsiders in January 2019. The upcoming season will consist of twenty-six episodes, with the first half debuting in January and the second half coming in June.

Titans will be the first original series from DC Universe with episodes being released weekly starting October 12th. Our very own executive editor Nate Brail was at the New York Comic-Con panel where news broke that the Young Justice‘s third season will have three episodes released weekly when it premieres on the streaming service in January.

Brandon Vietti and Greg Weisman return to the series as showrunners with the voicing talents of Jesse McCartney as Dick Grayson/Nightwing, Khary Payton as Aqualad, Danica McKellar as Miss Martian, Nolan North as Superboy/Superman, and Alyson Stoner as Oracle.

In Young Justice: Outsiders, the teenage Super Heroes of the DC Universe come of age in an animated world of super-powers, Super-Villains and super secrets. In the highly anticipated new season, the team faces its greatest challenge yet as it takes on meta-human trafficking and the terrifying threat it creates for a society caught in the crossfire of a genetic arms race spanning the globe and the galaxy.

Young Justice: Outsiders will premiere January 2019.
