DC Entertainment has announced Geoff Johns’ Doomsday Clock will be getting its own panel this year at New York Comic-Con along with a panel for DC Metal/New Age of DC Heroes as well.

The 12-issue series titled Doomsday Clock is set to introduce the characters of Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons’ Watchmen to the DC Universe, with Superman confronting Dr. Manhattan about his decision to manipulating the DC timeline. The panel will take place on Friday, October 6 at 6:00 p.m. on the Main Stage. TIME magazine book critic and celebrated author Lev Grossman (The Magicians) will moderate the panel, revealing to fans a first look at pages from the debut issue set to release November 22. The panel will also feature a look at art from Johns’ longtime collaborator Gary Frank. The panel will also be livestreamed to the DC YouTube channel and the DC Comics Facebook page.

In addition to Doomsday Clock, DC will also be hosting a DC Metal/New Age of DC Heroes panel on Friday, October 6 at 2:45 p.m. in Room 1A21. The panel will feature the team behind DARK NIGHTS: METAL, Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo as they tease what’s to come in the series. New Age of DC Heroes contributors Steve Orlando, Justin Jordan, Frank Tieri, James Tynion IV, Robert Venditti and Joshua Williamson will also be on hand to share the secrets of the Dark Multiverse and discuss some of the new heroes coming out of DARK NIGHTS: METAL.

DC fans will also have the chance to become a part of superhero line-up from Justice League with a sneak peak of the HTC Vive version of Justice League VR: The Complete Experience. Players will utilize the HTC Vive’s controllers for an enhanced version of the Super Hero simulations. The experience will be in the halls Crystal Palace.
