‘Once Upon A Deadpool’ Story Dispute Finally Resolved

The controversy surrounding the upcoming Once Upon A Deadpool has finally been resolved.

Earlier this week, a fan on Twitter brought up an interesting Tweet from last year. The Tweet was a pitch for a Deadpool movie that sounded eerily similar to the story of the upcoming PG-13 version of Deadpool 2 titled Once Upon A Deadpool.

The new re-edit will hit theaters this December and now you can get hyped again because apparently, the whole thing was just a coincidence. A Twitter post from the user now claims that they have talked with Ryan Reynolds and apparently it wasn’t as nefarious of a plan from Reynolds an Co. as it appeared to some. Check out the post below to see the full response.

The Deadpool franchise has become one of the most beloved superhero franchises today simply because it’s willing to go to weirder places than others, all while making fun of the very genre that it’s in. Given its huge fanbase, it’s certainly good to hear that this whole thing was a coincidence and not just a Can You Ever Forgive Me? type of situation.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all news regarding Once Upon A Deadpool as soon as more information becomes available. Will you be seeing this movie in theaters? If so, what interests you about this new cut of Deadpool 2? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
