First Look At Diane Guerrero As Crazy Jane In ‘Doom Patrol’ Revealed

Diane Guerrero known for her roles as Maritza Ramos in Orange Is the New Black appears in a new character poster for DC’s Doom Patrol.

In this image, Diane Guerrero can be seen portraying the character Crazy Jane from the group known as Doom Patrol. Guerrero is not showcasing any of her character’s abilities in the poster, but it does provide details about her character.

Behind Guerrero, you can see what seems to look like shattered glass with a different face in some of the broken pieces. This is probably a nod to her character containing alternate personalities. In each personality, she has a different ability she could use.

Set in the same universe as DC’s Titans, Doom Patrol will present a group of outcast superheroes ready to protect the Earth from any threat that may come.

DOOM PATROL is a re-imagining of one of DC’s most beloved group of outcast Super Heroes: Robotman, Negative Man, Elasti-Girl and Crazy Jane, led by modern-day mad scientist Dr. Niles Caulder (The Chief). The Doom Patrol’s members each suffered horrible accidents that gave them superhuman abilities-but also left them scarred and disfigured. Traumatized and downtrodden, the team found purpose through The Chief, who brought them together to investigate the weirdest phenomena in existence-and to protect Earth from what they find. Part support group, part Super Hero team, the Doom Patrol is a band of super-powered freaks who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them. Doom Patrol will be released February 15, 2019.
