Zack Snyder: Fellow DC Directors & Producers Show Support To Director

Since the news broke that Zack Snyder was stepping away from Justice League due to a family tragedy, offerings of support have been pouring in from his fellow DC directors, producers, and leaders.

“What they are going through is unimaginable, and my heart — our hearts — go out to them,” Toby Emmerich, president of Warner Bros. Pictures, said.

Taking to Twitter, Patty Jenkins, director of Wonder Woman, had this to say:

DC Comics president and Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns also offered his support.

Supergirl and The Flash episode director Kevin Smith also reached out with his love and condolences.

Wonder Woman herself, Gal Gadot, has also shared her support for Snyder with a heartfelt Instagram post revealing a behind the scenes photo of herself alongside the director on set.

In Zack Snyder’s absence, Joss Whedon, who will be writing and directing Batgirl, will take over for Snyder to finish post-production on Justice League.
