Watch The Teaser For Disney XD’s New ‘Spider-Man’ Animated Series

Ultimate Spider-Man will end its four season run with a two-part finale this Saturday, but the web-slinger will eventually be back with another animated series, titled Marvel’s Spider-Man, which was announced back in October of 2016.

We’ve known for a while now that this new series would make its debut at some point in 2017, but a newly released promo (via IGN) has revealed that it will be with us pretty soon as it will premiere this summer. You can check it out below.

There’s not much to analyse here, but you can expect more details over the next few months. This teaser is also set to air during Ultimate Spider-Man’s two-part special. Here are the official synopses for the upcoming episodes:

Part 1 (7:30 – 8:00 P.M. EST)

Doctor Octopus (Doc Ock) threatens to harm Aunt May if Spidey ever puts on his mask again. Spider-Man must track down Doc Ock before he has a chance to put his plan into action.

Part 2 (8:00 – 8:30 P.M. EST)

Peter Parker must find a way to stop Doctor Octopus and the Superior Sinister Six from destroying all of the heroes in New York and taking over the world.
