‘Doom Patrol’ Cyborg Look Draws Mixed Reactions From DC Universe Fans

DC Universe unveiled the first official photo of Joivan Wade as Cyborg in Doom Patrol and fan reactions to the image have been mixed.

Joivan Wade will be the latest actor to portray Victor Stone when Doom Patrol debuts on DC Universe in February, but some fans have compared this version of the costume to a cheap Halloween costume. Others are more enthusiastic, however, and seem excited to see the how the character will look on screen.

DOOM PATROL is a re-imagining of one of DC’s most beloved group of outcast Super Heroes: Robotman, Negative Man, Elasti-Girl and Crazy Jane, led by modern-day mad scientist Dr. Niles Caulder (The Chief).
