‘Doom Patrol’ Pilot Screening Held For Cast & Crew

DC Universe officially launched this year and was anchored with the premiere of its first exclusive series, Titans. The first season of Titans will air its season finale next week, with Robin (Brenton Thwaites) set to take on his former ally Batman in an epic face-off. With that series’ first season concluding, DC Universe fans have more content to look forward to with Doom Patrol premiering on the streaming service in February 2019.

Now, we know that a special screening of the Doom Patrol pilot was held for the cast and crew. Cyborg actor Joivan Wade shared a photo commemorating the screening, once again giving fans a bit more excitement about the series as the marketing campaign will begin very soon for the highly-anticipated series:

Here is the synopsis for the show:

“Doom Patrol will find the reluctant heroes in a place they never expected to be, called to action by Cyborg, who comes to them with a mission hard to refuse, but with a warning that is hard to ignore: their lives will never, ever be the same.”

Doom Patrol stars April Bowlby, Diane Guerrero, Joivan Wade, Brendan Fraser, Alan Tudyk, Timothy Dalton and Matt Bomer.

The series will premiere on DC Universe in February 2019.
