‘Doom Patrol’ Rotten Tomatoes Score Officially Revealed

DC’s Doom Patrol has received a Rotten Tomatoes score with 12 reviews currently in giving the television show a “Fresh” rating of 92%.

DC has been taking a new turn with television shows after launching the DC Universe platform. With its first-live action television show Titans featuring a new take on the popular team, DC is about to launch its second show Doom Patrol based on a group of misfits banding together to defeat threats that come to Earth. It is a different take on what the company has produced before and it seems it is doing well among critics.

With a total of 12 reviews in as of today, the show seems to have caught the attention of most critics with 11 out of the 12 reviews giving Doom Patrol a “Fresh” rating. The superhero team includes the likes of Cyborg, Negative Man, Elasti-Girl, Robotman, and Crazy Jane brought together by Timothy Dalton’s The Chief. Doom Patrol is the superhero team the DC TV needed and is now a hit with critics.

What do you think of the Rotten Tomatoes score for Doom Patrol? Are you looking forward to the superhero team-up? Share your thoughts below!

DOOM PATROL is a re-imagining of one of DC’s most beloved group of outcast Super Heroes: Robotman, Negative Man, Elasti-Girl and Crazy Jane, led by modern-day mad scientist Dr. Niles Caulder (The Chief). The Doom Patrol’s members each suffered horrible accidents that gave them superhuman abilities—but also left them scarred and disfigured. Traumatized and downtrodden, the team found purpose through The Chief, who brought them together to investigate the weirdest phenomena in existence—and to protect Earth from what they find. Part support group, part Super Hero team, the Doom Patrol is a band of super-powered freaks who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them. Picking up after the events of TITANS, DOOM PATROL will find these reluctant heroes in a place they never expected to be, called to action by none other than Cyborg, who comes to them with a mission hard to refuse, but with a warning that is hard to ignore: their lives will never, ever be the same.

Doom Patrol stars Matt Bomer as Larry Trainor/Negative Man, Brendan Fraser as Cliff Steele/Robotman, April Bowlby as Elasti-Woman, Diane Guerrero as Crazy Jane, Joivan Wade as Victor Stone/Cyborg and Timothy Dalton as Dr. Niles Caulder/The Chief.

Doom Patrol will premiere on February 15, 2019, exclusively on DC Universe.
