A new theory explains how Elizabeth Olsen’s WandaVision series could introduce the Young Avengers to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Since Avengers: Endgame marked the final appearance of several long-time heroes, including Iron Man and Captain America, fans have been suggesting new characters who could potentially carry the torch moving forward. One of the more popular suggestions for the future is the inclusion of the Young Avengers, a superhero team consisting of adolescent heroes with connections to the main Avengers group.

Now, Reddit user TheAviator077 has shared a theory on how Elizabeth’s WandaVision could lead to the Young Avengers making their debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to the theory, Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch could give birth to two sons in WandaVision whose souls will be trapped in limbo after it all turns out to be an illusion.

When Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch returns in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, a villain will use the children against her to gain power and control. The theory concludes by predicting the children, named Wiccan and Speed in the comics, will have aged significantly by the end of the film due to time and space trickery, leading to them becoming Young Avengers.
