It appears that The Punisher had caught the attention of Eminem and the star does not seem to approve of Netflix’s recent cancellation of the show. The Punisher had just released its second season with many fans and viewers agreeing the show still maintains its story well with great action sequences. After his introduction in Daredevil‘s season two many fans and viewers thought there would be more to see of the character in the future, but it appears Netflix may be done with Frank Castle. Eminem recently went to Twitter to share his thoughts on the cancellation. You can view his message below.
Eminem has not been shy to share his love for comic books through music and interviews. Recently the acclaimed artist released a song for Tom Hardy’s Venom. Among his previous work there have been songs that have references to comic books. There is not a doubt that Eminem would perhaps watch Marvel shows and films, but it appears he really liked The Punisher. With the show’s cancellation fans may have to wait and see if Marvel is willing to revive the show in the future.
