If Evan Peter has his way this team up movie would be possible.
“I would like to see a Deadpool/Quicksilver movie, I think that would be really fun.”
Comic book lore has allowed these characters to come together before but in the comic books, Quicksilver is played as a more serious, stick-in-the-mud character. Which is a very different dynamic from the Quicksilver that has been seen on the big screen.
Peters was also asked if he had any news about the possiblity of a Quicksilver solo movie, while he hasn’t heard of anything but enjoys the possibility.
“Oh my god, I don’t know. It would take three years to shoot, wouldn’t it? Yeah I don’t know, I would love to do that.”
X-Men: Apocalypse is now in theaters.
Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshiped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.
