Nearly a year ago, Game Night directors John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein were tapped to direct the solo movie for Ezra Miller’s The Flash. Now, Deadline has revealed that the duo will also write the screenplay for The Flash movie in a report on Michael Disco boarding the project as a producer.
Before Daley and Goldstein joined The Flash movie, Seth Grahame-Smith was on board to direct before departing over creative differences with the studio. Director Rick Famuyiwa was set to replace him as the director before exiting for similar reasons. The latest draft of the script was penned by King Arthur: Legend of the Sword scribe Joby Harold.
Ezra Miller and Kiersey Clemons are still set to star as the titular hero and Iris West, respectively. In the meantime, fans can still catch Ezra Miller as the Scarlet Speedster in Zack Snyder’s Justice League.
Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, J. K. Simmons, and Ciarán Hinds.
Justice League is now available on Blu-Ray, DVD, and Digital HD.
