Fan Made Fifty Shades Of Joker Trailer Is Good

If your head is still whirling over Jared Leto’s lack of screen time in Suicide Squad then look no further. YouTuber Nerdy Hero has been flexing his editing skills once again, after gifting the world an amazing Spider-Man Homecoming tribute earlier in the year, this time with a fan-made trailer featuring a mash-up of Fifty Shades of Grey and DC’s own love story turned bad… Joker and Harley Quinn.

The fan-made trailer takes imagery and sound bites from previously released Suicide Squad trailers and clips, merging them with the sleek elegant style which you’d expect from a Fifty Shades trailer. It showcases a movie that would be centered on the wild roller coaster that is the love story between Harley Quinn and Joker, which of course we, unfortunately, did not get to see too much of in this year’s Suicide Squad film back in August.

It’s also accompanied with a song you may recognize from one of the official trailers of the first Fifty Shades movie all the way back in 2014, though I think it’s safe to say that the sentiment behind L’Orchestra Cinematique’s dramatic rendition of Jay-Z and Beyonce’s ‘Crazy In Love’ fits just as well with the story of Joker and Harley as it does with anything else, which is probably what makes the trailer work so well.
