Aquaman Gets Fan-Made Batman, Superman, & Wonder Woman Styled Posters

Since the very beginning of the DC Extended Universe, there have been character posters that showcase a key element of our main hero’s costume. For the release of 2013’s Man of Steel, we had a poster showcasing Superman’s emblem on his chest. With the 2017 film Wonder Woman, we saw her signature “W” logo on her arm, and for 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, we got an extremely nice shot of Batman’s cowl.

With the release of Aquaman finally here, fans of these character posters may have noticed that we did not really get one in the style of the previous character posters from other entries in the cinematic universe. Twitter user @boomborks took it upon themselves to create their very own character poster for the underwater superhero Arthur Curry / Aquaman. In the poster, we see Aquaman’s golden armor, and we see that he is holding his golden trident as well.

The newly released Aquaman film is already racking up quite a lot of praise, and it just released in theatres worldwide today. The review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes currently has Aquaman scored at a 68% with 194 reviews, averaging a score of 6/10. Recently, the release of the film has pushed the DC Extended Universe to $4 billion at the worldwide box office, which is remarkable, to say the least. With upcoming releases in this universe, these numbers are certain to increase even further.
