New ‘Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them’ Clip Introduces The Niffler

Ready to meet another magical beast? With just a little over two weeks until the film opens in theaters, Warner Bros. has released a brand new clip from David Yates’ Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, which introduces one of the many creatures that escaped from Newt’s briefcase: The Niffler.

The clip opens with Newt (Eddie Redmayne) and Jacob (Dan Fogler) on the hunt for the beast, which they find hidden in a bank vault. Nifflers are attracted to shiny things, and the clip reveals that they have more than enough room to carry them.

Here’s the official synopsis for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them:

“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident…were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.

Starring Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol, Dan Fogler, Colin Farrell, Samantha Morton, Carmen Ejogo, Ron Perlman and Ezra Miller, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens in theaters on November 18, 2016. Are you guys excited?
