Director of Magical Security for MACUSA, Graves is looking suitably evil in his poster. He is one of the highest-ranking wizarding officials in new York and is tasked with tracking down Newt and his creatures. He also shares some sort of connection with Credence, feeling compassion for him. And also, a little necklace featuring the Deathly Hallows themselves on it can be glimpsed in the poster. Whatever that means, I doubt it’s that Graves is a good guy.
