The move comes as part of a year-long celebration by DC in recognition of Batman’s 80th anniversary. Release News brought the Fathom Events re-releases to everyone’s attention, siting that some AMC theater locations had already begun listing the various Tim Burton and Joel Schumacher films.
The breakdown of the Fathom Events showtimes at AMC theaters is as follow:
Batman (1989)
Saturday, May 4
1PM and 4PM
Batman Returns (1992)
Monday, May 6
4PM and 7PM
Batman Forever (1995)
Saturday, May 12
1PM and 4PM
Batman and Robin (1997)
Tuesday, May 14
4PM and 7PM
Of course, as with most Fathom Events, showtimes may vary depending on location. We may also see more showtimes added, depending on the demand.
It’s also worth nothing that Fathom Events has yet to officially announce their showtimes; however, it is not uncommon for theaters to get the jump on what content they will be showing from the provider well in advance.
