The penultimate episode of season 7 potentially has Felicity Smoak heading to jail, according to the episode synopsis. In it, it is written that Oliver is going to find himself in a rather difficult situation when the SCPD has a warrant for her Felicity’s arrest. It did not, however, give any more details on the upcoming episode.
You can see the full synopsis below:
OLIVER IS PUT TO THE TEST — Oliver (Stephen Amell) finds himself in a precarious position. SCPD shows up with a warrant for Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards). Gordon Verheul directed the episode written by Oscar Balderrama & Sarah Tarkoff (#721). Original airdate 5/6/2019.
The episode, titled ‘Living Proof’ is yet another of many episodes of Arrow named after Bruce Springsteen songs. The lyrical content of that song refers to the birth of a child, perhaps hinting that episode will prominently revolve around Mia, the daughter of Felicity Smoak and Oliver Queen, in the 2040 flash-forward storyline.
