‘Deadpool 2’: Ryan Reynolds Reveals First Look At Blind Al In Set Photo

Deadpool himself, Ryan Reynolds has revealed the first look at Blind Al (Leslie Uggams) on the set of Deadpool 2, the sequel to the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time.

Uggams who played the merc with a mouth’s blind roommate in the first film confirmed she would indeed be returning for another outing in April. The image shared by Reynolds on Facebook features himself alongside Uggams and reveals Blind Al is still living in the same apartment as the first film as the set seen in the photo is identical to the one she shared with Deadpool.

You can check out the image of Uggams shared by Reynolds below.

Plot details are still under wraps but Reynolds returns alongside newcomer Zazie Beetz as Domino and Josh Brolin as the time-traveling mutant Cable. Much of the cast from the first film is also returning including Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Stefan Kapcic as the voice of Colossus, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa and T.J. Miller as Weasel.

Production on the project is currently underway and expected to last until September. Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick returned to script the sequel with John Wick co-director David Leich at the helm.

Deadpool 2 hits theaters June 1, 2018.
