While it’s been consistently rumored, it hasn’t really seemed like the film was going in that direction and things that I’ve heard personally have pointed to another storyline being adapted. I’m sure with this being Hugh Jackman’s last outing as the character, Mangold and company have something very cool in store but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what that is.
