Logan Is Bearded Up In First Set Pictures From ‘The Wolverine’ Sequel

While some pictures of Hugh Jackman sporting a beard featuring bits of grey started making the rounds earlier today, we’ve now got some actual pictures from the set of James Mangold’s upcoming sequel to The Wolverine featuring a bearded up Logan. Don’t worry, these new images aren’t spoilery at all. While we have zero clue about what is going on here, the setting and a suited up Logan doesn’t really fit in with rumors that the film would be an adaptation of the Old Man Logan story arc.

While it’s been consistently rumored, it hasn’t really seemed like the film was going in that direction and things that I’ve heard personally have pointed to another storyline being adapted. I’m sure with this being Hugh Jackman’s last outing as the character, Mangold and company have something very cool in store but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what that is.
