'The Flash' guest star Robbie Amell addresses if his character Ronnie Raymond, also known as Firestorm, is really dead or not.
When asked if Ronnie could still be alive, Amell seemed convinced that his character was gone for good, but addressed that in the world of comic book based logic, there is always a way Ronnie could still reappear.
“Well the nice thing is when you’re dead in that universe there is always another Earth, but I think that version [Earth-1] of Ronnie is dead because he sacrificed himself to save the city, but you know there is always Earth-3, Earth-4, Earth-5…”
It would not be the first time Amell would return to The Flash as a different version of his character. Last season, when Flash and company traveled to Earth-2, Ronnie’s doppleganger Deathstorm appeared alongside Killer Frost. Earth-2 Ronnie, however, was also killed by the end of the episode.
Of course, as Amell mentioned, with an infinite amount of universes out there, there are an infinite amount of ways he could return to the series in the future.
