'The Flash' returned from hiatus to a ratings increase from the previous episode while 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' experienced a ratings dip.
Last night The Flash returned after a month-long hiatus while Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D continued the Agents of Hydra arc. While the former series scored a ratings increase for the CW, the latter experienced a dip in both viewer totals and demo numbers for ABC.
TVLine reports that The Flash earned a total of 2.65 million viewers and a 1.0 demo rating, an increase in both numbers from the previous episode.
Meanwhile, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D drew in 2.16 million viewers and a 0.6 demo ratings. The demo numbers are tied with the all-time series low.
The Flash returns next week with the episode titled “I Know Who You Are”.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D returns next week with the episode titled “Farewell, Cruel World!”
