Gal Gadot Shares Excitement Over ‘Wonder Woman’ Times Square Takeover

Just about everyone is ready for Wonder Woman to take over the world. Although we are a few weeks away from Diana Prince’s star shining all around the globe, Wonder Woman has already taken over Times Square.

Gal Gadot expressed her excitement that the marketing is now in full-swing. On her official Instagram account, Gadot shared a photo of Time Square in New York. We see that posters and promotional banners for Wonder Woman are plastered throughout the area. You can see the photo down below.

Fellow DC Extended Universe fans, buckle up. We are almost there, and if the new TV spots are any indication, the most iconic female superhero is going to leave a significant impact in the cinemas this summer.

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, Diana meets an American pilot who tells her about the massive conflict that’s raging in the outside world. Convinced that she can stop the threat, Diana leaves her home for the first time. Fighting alongside men in a war to end all wars, she finally discovers her full powers and true destiny.

Directed by Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Connie Nielson as Queen Hippolyta, Robin Wright as General Antiope, Lisa Loven Kongsli as Menalippe, Danny Huston as General Erich Ludendorff, David Thewlis as Sir Patrick Morgan, Elena Anaya as Doctor Maru, Ewen Bremner as Charlie, Saïd Taghmaoui as Sameer, and Eugene Brave Rock as the Chief. It opens in theaters on June 2, 2017.
