Godzilla: King of the Monsters is coming this summer and will feature an epic collision of classic movie monsters. Godzilla will fight the likes of King Ghidorah, Rodan, and Mothra when the film hits theaters, three monsters whose names should sound very familiar to fans of the franchise. New Godzilla: King of the Monsters f00tage debuted at Wonder Con this weekend and showed some insane action and now a new video promo has teased that there could be even more monsters on the way.

The video comes from the [MONARCH] Twitter account, which has been doing some very interesting viral marketing for Godzilla: King of the Monsters. Check out the video in the post below to get a glimpse at some new monsters.

The video shows drawings of iconic monsters like King Ghidorah, but also teases some mysterious spider-like creatures and a number of other winged beasts. The monsters have yet to appear in trailers for the film, so it’s still unclear whether or not they will share scenes with Godzilla or are simply cool Easter eggs for the viral marketing. Fans will just have to wait for Godzilla: King of the Monsters to hit theaters to discover all of the hidden secrets within, as well as some insane monster showdowns.

Directed by Michael Dougherty, Godzilla: King of the Monsters stars Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga, Millie Bobby Brown, Bradley Whitford, Sally Hawkins, Charles Dance, Thomas Middleditch, O’Shea Jackson Jr., with Ken Watanabe and Ziyi Zhang.

Following the global success of “Godzilla” and “Kong: Skull Island” comes the next chapter in Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ cinematic MonsterVerse, an epic action adventure that pits Godzilla against some of the most popular monsters in pop culture history. The new story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah. When these ancient super-species—thought to be mere myths—rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.

Godzilla: The King of the Monsters will be released in theaters on May 31, 2019.
