Poster Posse has shared a new unofficial tribute poster for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 in the style of the iconic 1985 adventure-comedy The Goonies.
The new poster by artist Andy Fairhurst is a tribute to legendary artist Drew Struzan as it depicts the galaxies unlikeliest heroes in a style similar to the poster for the iconic 1985 adventure-comedy The Goonies written by Steven Spielberg and directed by Richard Donner. Written and directed by James Gunn, the film stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Glenn Close, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki, and Kurt Russell. Here’s the official synopsis:
Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2,’ Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos.
