Gorilla Grodd And King Shark Come To Life In ‘The Flash’ VFX Video

Even though The Flash is on a bit of a hiatus, there’s still been a bit to savor while the Scarlet Speedster and friends are away. With teases of returning villains, Vibe costume concept art, and news that Mirror Master and The Top will be showing up again soon, we’ve had a few things to tide us over. Now there’s one more thing to add to the list: a new “Behind the Visual Effects” video.

Primarily featuring the effects behind Gorilla Grodd and King Shark – The Flash‘s most visually complex villains to date – the video reveals the process to building these characters layer by layer, step by step. There are even a few moments dedicated to bringing digital Flash to life. The video is an in-depth look at some of the biggest visual effects scenes in the show and you can check out the whole thing below.
