‘Gotham’ Photo Shows Jeremiah Getting Closer To Classic Joker Look

Season 4 of Gotham gave fans an exciting revelation about the true Joker of the story. Despite hints that it could be Jerome, it turns out that his twin brother Jeremiah would end up becoming the Clown Prince of Crime.

A photo, which has since been deleted from the original Instagram post from Sean Pertwee finds Jerome in makeup that is getting closer to classic Joker aesthetic. He is photographed along with young Bruce Wayne and Alfred as all three are doing some reading of their own.

Here is the synopsis for the next season:

With Gotham on the brink of total anarchy and cut off from the outside world, only Jim Gordon, Bruce Wayne and a handful of heroes remain behind to retake the city. Inspired by the “No Man’s Land” arc from the comics, villains including Penguin, the Riddler, the Sirens and Jeremiah have taken claim on various regions of the city. Will order be restored, or will chaos reign in Gotham?

Gotham stars Ben McKenzie as Jim Gordon, Donal Logue as Harvey Bullock, David Mazouz as Bruce Wayne, Sean Pertwee as Alfred Pennyworth, Robin Lord Taylor as Oswald Cobblepot, Camren Bicondova as Selina Kyle, and Cory Michael Smith as Edward Nygma.

Gotham Season 5 will premiere on FOX in 2019.
