Gotham first aired in 2014 and had a different take on Batman and his many characters including his famous villains. After 5 years, Gotham has had great character development with David Mazouz’s Bruce Wayne growing into the man that would save his city as the Batman. Now that things are coming to an end, Gotham is set to have one if its biggest if not the biggest episode of the television show. The new trailer contains a bunch of surprises and a look at the rise of the famous Batman villains along with a quick look at the Dark Knight himself.

The Gotham series official trailer has given fans their first look at returning characters and the introduction of Lili Simmons as Selina Kyle/Catwoman. Camren Bicondova will no longer be in the role of Selina Kyle after appearing in all the seasons of the show due to a time jump from the last episode. Villains will fall into their respective roles and Batman will be there to stop them as they all get ready for a big event in the Gotham series finale. The final episode of Gotham will be the show’s 100th episode and will be directed by series regular Erin Richards who portrays Barbara Kean on the show.

Ten years in the future – Bruce returns to Gotham for the opening of the new Wayne Tower; when Bullock is framed for a murder, Gordon begins to piece together a sinister plot targeting the city; a new figure emerges to be the hero Gotham needs.
