Even though we’ve seen several versions of Grant Gustin’s The Flash suit in The CW series, fans sure like to reimagine how the character might look with other suits as the series continues. This time around is an incredible armored upgrade for Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen which was done by digital artist Dalton Barret. In the image, Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen is standing in front of the Justice League Hall which makes us crave for the team to fully appear in the Arrowverse, although it might be a far cry from actually happening. Check it out:
It’s fair to say that Grant Gustin rose to stardom with The Flash. After Arrow‘s huge success, Grant Gustin’s The Flash became more popular than its predecessor, achieving even better ratings than the Stephen Amell series. Arrow and The Flash effectively gave way to other DC Comics shows on The CW like DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow and Supergirl. With The CW announcing that the next season of Arrow will also be it’s last, The Flash is set to become the network’s main DC Comics show and Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen will seemingly lead the other Arrowverse superheroes.
What do you think of Grant Gustin’s The Flash new potential role in the Arrowverse? Will he ever be able to replace Oliver Queen? Sound-off your thoughts in the comments!
Here is the synopsis for The Flash Season 5 finale titled, “Legacy”:
BARRY FACES OFF WITH REVERSE FLASH – Barry (Grant Gustin) faces off with his oldest, and most formidable nemesis, Reverse Flash (Tom Cavanagh). Gregory Smith directed the episode with story by Lauren Certo and teleplay by Todd Helbing & Eric Wallace (#522).
The series stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen / The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow / Killer Frost, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon / Vibe, Tom Cavanagh as Harrison “Sherloque” Wells, Jesse L. The Flash is expected to return for its sixth season this October.
