Jessica Parker Kennedy plays Nora West-Allen on The CW’s The Flash. She plays the future daughter of Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and Iris West (Candice Patton), who joined the series during its fourth season. Although, Jessica Parker Kennedy’s speedster has since become a series regular for season five. Grant Gustin’s family on The Flash has grown quite a bit since the series began in 2014.
Grant Gustin has played The Flash on TV but he has yet to bring the character to the big screen. Ezra Miller played The Flash briefly in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad. He then returned to the role in a more prominent way in the 2017 team-up movie Justice League.
During a visit to The Tomorrow Show, Jessica Parker Kennedy revealed that she thinks Grant Gustin should play The Flash on the big screen. This is what Jessica Parker Kennedy had to say about Grant Gustin’s potential on the big screen.
“I think this is one of the first things I said to Grant when I met him. I was like ‘Man, you should be The Flash in a Flash movie’ because I just think he’s the perfect Flash.”
Jessica Parker Kennedy went on to explain that although she wants to see Grant Gustin star in The Flash on the big screen, she doesn’t mean to throw shade at Ezra Miller. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t prefer Grant Gustin though, as she reiterates. Check out what Jessica Parker Kennedy had to say about the two Flash stars below.
“No disrespect to Ezra Miller, of course. I love him, I’ve been watching him, I’ve been a fan of his for a long time, but I just can’t see anyone else as the Flash. I just feel like it’s Grant. I really do. He’s perfect for it.”
