Grant Morrison Poses With ‘The Flash’ Star Ezra Miller

Writer Grant Morrison recently snapped a photo with one of the stars of 2017’s Justice League, Ezra Miller.

Grant Morrison is known for writing Batman stories such as Batman: RIP and Batman: Arkham Asylum, as well as iconic runs on DC properties like Animal Man, Doom Patrol, and Justice League of America. His work has influenced numerous iterations of iconic DC characters on the big screen and on the small screen. His Arkham Asylum story even went on to influence the hit video game series Batman: Arkham.

Justice League was just as polarizing as some of Morrison’s work has been, so it seems fitting that he would snap a picture with one of the film’s stars. Although Justice League catches its fair share of flack, the cast of the film was pretty widely regarded as great choices for their respective roles. Ezra Miller as the Flash, in particular, gave a stand out performance in the film. Sadly, it seems that Miller’s solo movie as the Flash will still take quite a while to get to the big screen, but given the exciting line-up DC has for next year, it looks like they’ll make that wait very worth it. Grant Morrison recently took to Instagram to post a picture of himself next to Miller, with the caption: “FLASH MOB.” Check out the image below.

Ezra Miller’s solo movie as the Flash has been through quite a bit of production trouble. The film has gone through numerous creative teams but now the writing/directing duo behind Game Night, John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, have officially signed on to helm the film. The story was at one point said to be an adaptation of the Flashpoint storyline, inspired by Back to the Future, but recent rumors have suggested that Warner Bros. has since moved on from this idea.
