‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’: Michael Rosenbaum Teases His Role

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 will have many colorful characters that expand the cosmic realms of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Besides the five original members coming back along with three more joining the team on their newest adventure, a couple of interesting supporting characters will help add to the lore that James Gunn has brought to the big screen. One of those new characters will be portrayed by Michael Rosenbaum.

Rosenbaum, who is recognized for his role as Lex Luthor in the series Smallville appeared at the film’s world premiere. He was then asked about his role, to which he remained tight lipped:

Well, I’m in the movie. And I can’t really say the role I’m playing ’cause James [Gunn] swore me to secrecy. It’s with Stallone. It’s an important role. I’m not allowed to say anything other than that. I can’t wait to see it. I haven’t seen it. I’ve been waiting a year to be able to say something. So it’s really exciting.

I’m not going to tell you what I look like, either. You’re just going to have to see the movie. I don’t have to shave my head again, so that’s good.
